ncftp - Improved console FTP client
Ncftp is an improved FTP client. Ncftp's improvements include support
for command line editing, command histories, recursive gets, automatic
anonymous logins, and more.

- Drop Kame IPv6 patch, should fix #153019. Upstream doesn't seem to want to
support IPv6 just yet, so for people requiring IPv6, switching to lftp or
some other alternative is probably best.
